In 2023, 60 percent of surveyed respondents in Canada reported that loss of human interaction with healthcare providers was a major concern around the use of artificial intelligence in health care systems. Meanwhile, a further 47 percent of respondents said they were concerned about liability related to care decisions made using AI.
