According to a survey conducted among marketing professionals in the United States, United Kingdom, India, and Canada, 47 percent of respondents said they trusted artificial intelligence (AI) to target ads. AI was trusted by 42 percent of respondents to personalize content and offers in real time, while 39 percent said they trusted AI to optimize email send time.
