Ranking of advertising agencies in Ukraine 2023

The source has specified the following methodology: "The survey takes place in several stages and in different forms (mix-mode: online survey via personalized links, including a personal survey at VRK events):
- a survey of advertisers who were members of the Effie Awards Ukraine 2020 jury, directly during the judging; survey of top advertisers by media budgets;
- a survey of advertisers during the study Best Marketing Teams 2020;
- surveys of an additional list of advertisers that may be proposed by members of the VRC upon confirmation of the advertiser's compliance with media budgets.
The results of the study are summarized in the presence of answers from the majority of respondents - at least 50% + 1 of a certain list of advertisers participating in the survey."
