With an acreage of nearly 1.2 million hectares cultivating coffee beans in 2023, Yunnan was China's major supply region of coffee beans. The plantation acreage of coffee in Yunnan witnessed a continuous decrease since 2014, yet its coffee output has increased recently due to the improvement of production efficiency.
