According to an online survey conducted in March 2022 in the United States, male respondents were more aware of Horizon Workrooms, a virtual reality workspace project from Meta Platforms, than women. Overall, 12 percent of men said they had seen, read, or heard a lot about Horizon Workrooms, in comparison to four percent of women. Additionally, 21 percent of men said they had some awareness of the online workspace. Furthermore, 64 percent of women reported having not heard anything at all about Horizon Workrooms.
