Share of global internet users familiar with privacy rights 2021, by age group

According to a survey carried out in November 2021 among internet users in selected global markets, over 70 percent of respondents aged between 16 and 24 years were aware of their online privacy rights. The awareness rate for users aged between 25 and 34 years was the highest among all age groups, while less than seven in 10 respondents aged between 45 and 54 years were familiar with online privacy rights.
