Post-pandemic key findings for working women in India 2022
In 2022, a survey among 250 Indian companies revealed that 90 percent of respondents agreed that new working practices during the COVID-19 pandemic would benefit women's career trajectories in the long run, whereas 63 percent concurred that these practices already benefitted women during the pandemic. Furthermore, almost half of the respondents acknowledged the pressure from stakeholders to achieve and/or maintain gender balance.
