Price and volume in the grocery retail market in Czechia 2022
In 2022, the Czech food market recorded a volume decline of 2.8 percent. However, this was still a lower decline than the European average of 3.6 percent. Basket size volume also declined by 7.4 percent, more than when compared to the European average with a drop of 5.8 percent.
