Price and volume in the grocery retail market in Czechia 2023

In 2023, the Czech food market recorded a volume decline of 1.6 percent. However, this was still a lower decline than the European average of 2 percent. Basket size volume also declined by 4.5 percent, and the European average with a drop of 4.3 percent.
