Food products missed by consumers in stores due to sanctions in Russia 2022

In March 2022, consumers felt the lack of products in shops as a result of the economic sanctions imposed on Russia following the onset of the Russia-Ukraine war. According to survey results, 85 percent of the respondents felt a shortage of sugar. Over one fifth of the respondents also felt a lack of groats and pasta products.
