Sweden: early leavers from education & training

In 2022, the share of people born abroad leaving early from education and training in Sweden was 15.7 percent. Moreover, the share overall increased over the past 10 years. With 6.7 percent, the share was significantly lower among youth born in Sweden.

The data shown are calculated as annual averages of quarterly EU Labour Force Survey data (EU-LFS).

This data was obtained from the Eurostat database with code EDAT_LFSE_02

There is a break in the time series in 2014, 2018, and 2021.
Numbers for 2021 and 2022 for foreign-born citizens have low reliability.
