In a survey from March 2022, nearly one quarter of Russian consumers stated their opinion on the foreign brands that suspended operations in the country due to the war in Ukraine, which started in February 2022, deteriorated and they would not be purchasing goods and services of these companies any longer. The largest share of respondents whose attitude toward such brands had not changed was recorded in the age group from 18 to 24 years.
