Over 55 percent of respondents in each of the three age groups consisting of Spanish consumers aged 35 and older considered home delivery to be the most sustainable delivery method when shopping online in 2022. The younger age groups however, were more divided among the choices of home delivery, in-store collection, and collection from a shared mailbox/delivery point.
