According to a survey on discrimination in the workplace in Singapore, 18.9 percent of respondents stated that they did not seek help against workplace discrimination due to the fear of being marginalized at work or for making relationships at work awkward. In addition, approximately 15 percent of respondents stated that they were concerned about the issue not being severe enough to warrant seeking help.
