According to a survey on discrimination against jobseekers in Singapore, 43.3 percent of respondents stated that they experienced job discrimination from advertisements that preferred applicants with a specific profile without justification. In addition, 29 percent of respondents reported that their demographic profile caused them to be excluded from consideration for the job.
