Main virtual assistants for voice shoppers in the U.S. 2021

According to a study released in 2020, nearly three-quarters (75 percent) of U.S. voice shoppers used Alexa, Amazon's virtual assistant, to make purchases. In addition, almost half of voice shoppers in the United States reported using Google Assistant for shopping, while just under a quarter (23 percent) turned to Apple's Siri for this purpose.
