Main voice-command shopping activities in the U.S. 2021
According to a study, browsing for new products was the most common voice-command purchase activity in the United States as of 2021, performed by more than 44 percent of users surveyed. Meanwhile, about a third (34 percent) of U.S. respondents reported using voice commands for product search. In addition, over 11 percent of users surveyed stated that they used voice assistants to make impulse purchases.
