Factors determining the choice of a retail chain in Poland 2021
The most important factor in choosing a retail chain for Polish consumers in 2021 was a good store location, preferably near home or work. More than half of the respondents also indicated a wide product offering. In contrast, four percent of Poles did not shop at retail chains during this period.
