According to a conducted in December 2021, 69 percent of clinicians in the Middle East and Africa believed that the impact of health inequalities will be exacerbated by greater use of digital health technologies in ten years' time. This was the highest share across all regions, although at least 63 percent of clinicians in all regions were worried about greater health inequalities due to digital health use.
