Human resources had the most revenue increase from adopting AI in 2022 with some 43 percent of respondents expecting a revenue increase of at least six percent or higher. This might stem from the expectation that AI can replace a wide variety of human resource functions, as many tend to be highly formulaic. The least amount of revenue increase was expected in supply chain management, though it was still over 50 percent of respondents.
