As of the 2019/2020 crop year, the production of sugar beet in Morocco amounted to around 36 million quintals. The region of Casablanca- Settat accounted for approximately 12 million quintals, the largest production registered in the country. Other main producing regions of sugar beet in Morocco were Béni Mellal - Khénifra and Rabat - Salé - Kénitra.
