According to a survey carried out in Great Britain in March 2022, 43 percent of respondents aged between 25 and 49 years of age reported they had gained weight compared to when the COVID-19 pandemic began. Furthermore, 40 percent of 50 65 years olds also reported gaining weight compared to two years ago. While, a quarter of 18 to 34 year olds said they had lost weight during the pandemic.
