Canadian online shoppers' purchase frequency from the U.S. 2021
According to a study conducted in April 2021, 20 percent of the online shoppers surveyed in Canada frequently purchased from U.S.-based retailers, with seven to 12 purchases. Additionally, 17 percent of respondents placed two to six online orders from the United States, making them occasional cross-border shoppers regarding purchases from the neighboring market.
