According to a survey of general practitioners conducted in November 2020 in selected European countries, almost seven in 10 general practitioners in the Netherlands encountered technical issues when using mobile healthcare apps. A large number of GPs in the United Kingdom also reported experiencing technical issues such as device compatibility and crashing with health apps, while only 26 percent of doctors in Germany reported the same issues.
