According to a survey conducted in 2020, 73 percent of global consumers preferred product reviews in their native language when shopping online. Additionally, 67 percent of the people surveyed reported that they tolerated mixed languages on websites. Only 40 percent of shoppers said they would not purchase from a website in another language.
