European sustainable funds held the more than two trillion U.S. dollars of sustainable assets as of the second quarter of 2023, which is more than seven times the value of assets of sustainable funds in the United States. Asia, excluding Japan, was the third largest region for assets of sustainable funds, reaching over 50 billion U.S. dollars by 2023.
