Domestic and cross-border online order rejection rate 2021, by region

Across the world regions included in a late 2021 study, the online order rejection rate was higher for international orders than domestic ones. Latin America showed the highest rejection rates for both types of orders, while Europe registered the lowest. The global average stood at a six percent rejection rate for cross-border purchases and 3.4 percent for domestic transactions.
