In 2022, the largest share of about 45 percent of the music streaming platform, Anghami, was owned by existing Anghami shareholders following the merger with Vistas Media Acquisition Company (VMAC). This was followed by a share of 32 percent which was owned by VMAC public shareholders in that year.
