Channels used for management candidates sourcing in France 2020, by company size
In 2020, over 90 percent of French intermediate and large companies relied on virtual or physical job ads in order to attract and recruit candidates for management positions. Employee cooptation programs, that is, delegating candidate sourcing tasks to employees, was a sourcing channel used by 43 percent of French small and intermediate size companies to recruit new managers.
