In 2022, more than 50 percent of French management position applicants who previously worked in medium and large size companies (ETI/GE) were reluctant to join a company who did not offer the possibility of working remotely. This figure for management position applicants, who were formerly employed by very small companies (TPE), was 42 percent in the same year.
