Preferred travel ticket purchasing channels during Ramadan Indonesia 2021

According to a survey on consumer behavior during Ramadan in Indonesia in 2022, around 25 percent of respondents bought their travel tickets online via official apps or websites, such as Garuda Air, AirAsia. Meanwhile, 38 percent of respondents stated that they bought it either online via aggregator apps or offline at the service counter or via agents.
