Since the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic started, the online grocery shopping trend has become quite popular among consumers in Turkey. From March 2020 to January 2021, the majority of the consumers who did their grocery shopping online preferred to receive their orders delivered home. Nearly 19 percent of the participants stated that they chose their online grocery order to be delivered to their workplace, making it the second most popular method.
