According to a survey carried out in Sweden in 2021, younger users born after the 2000s changed their shopping behavior the most in terms of purchase channels. Eight percent of the so-called Generation Z people shopped online for the first time after the pandemic started, while only two percent of Swedish people born in the 70s or 80s did the same.
