In 2021, fast-fashion retailer Zara, owned by Inditex, was the most valuable Spanish brand worldwide, with a value of 11.84 billion euros. The brand managed to keep the top position in the ranking in spite of losing a fifth of its brand value compared to the figure estimated a year earlier. A different source placed Zara among the top three apparel brands worldwide in 2021.
