Main barriers to online grocery shopping in the U.S. 2021

According to a survey conducted in the United States in 2021, several aspects hinder online shopping of grocery products. About half of respondents preferred to handpick products and threfore preferred physical stores over e-commerce. Four in ten respondents were bothered by delivery costs, while one-third of people simply enjoyed in-store shopping more.
