UNGA resolution condemning Russia-Ukraine war voting 2022

A resolution condemning the Russian aggression against Ukraine was passed in the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) on March 2, 2022, with 141 members voting in its favor. Belarus, Eritrea, North Korea, Russia, and Syria voted against the resolution. A total of 35 countries, including China, India, Iraq, Pakistan, and South Africa, abstained. In order to pass, the resolution needed to be supported by two thirds of the present 193 countries. UNGA resolutions are not binding.
