In a survey conducted in the Asia-Pacific region in July and August 2021, 39 percent of the respondents stated that their company encouraged flexible working arrangements to support their employees' mental well-being. Another 33 percent shared that their company created and communicated guidelines for fair and equitable treatment of every employee.
High workload and long hours were among the leading mental health strains at the workplace faced by respondents in 2021.
