Mental health support at workplaces APAC 2021
In a survey conducted in the Asia-Pacific region in July and August 2021, 39 percent of the respondents stated that their company encouraged flexible working arrangements to support their employees' mental well-being. Another 33 percent shared that their company created and communicated guidelines for fair and equitable treatment of every employee.
