As of September 2021, a survey conducted on online shopping preferences in Thailand revealed that 23 percent of the surveyed respondents decreased their online spending on fresh food products after the COVID-19 pandemic. In comparison, 28 percent of surveyed respondents increased their spending on such products during the pandemic.
