French consumers' preferred professionals for repairing products 2019

In this survey from 2019, the French respondents have been asked what type of professionals they approach when they need to repair their products. According to the source, customers choose independent services (37 percent) or the customer services of the shop they bought their product in (34 percent) for their consumer electronics. 40 percent of the small household appliances are likewise brought to the customer service and 20 percent to an independent service. For large household appliances, these two options are also the most popular ones: 41 percent are brought to the customer service, while more than one fourth of them are brougt to an independent one.
