According to a survey among Chinese companies operating in the United States conducted in March and April 2022, around 74 percent of respondents indicated the near-term top challenge for them to conduct business in the U.S. was the U.S.-China bilateral relations. Roughly 60 percent of the surveyed Chinese companies were concerned about the inflation and unstable economy in the United States in the near future.
