Number of visitors arriving in Taiwan 2011-2021, by type of trip organization
In 2021, the second year of COVID-19 pandemic, the total number of visitor arrivals in Taiwan dropped further to approximately 140 thousand. None of those arrivals were organized as a package tour. In comparison, more than three million tourists visited Taiwan on a package tour in 2015.
