In Turkey, different e-commerce payment trends could be observed than in the rest of the world in 2020. Mobile or digital wallet was the most preferred global payment method. However, in Turkey, its popularity was quite low, measuring at nine percent. The most popular payment method used in e-commerce payments was credit card with an over 50 percent share.
