In a survey conducted in December 2021 among Southeast Asians making hiring decisions in their current roles, the biggest concern when hiring job hoppers was whether they might constantly be looking for better opportunities. While the survey unveiled several concerns, the respondent group also shared a variety of advantages of hiring job hoppers.
The term job hopper generally refers to someone who stays at a company for a short period of time, e.g. less than a year, before transferring to another company.
