According to a survey from November 2021, 50 percent of the respondents in Malaysia would shop for fresh food at physical markets rather than online in the next six months. In comparison, 39 percent of the respondents in Thailand preferred to shop for fresh food online compared to the 37 percent that preferred physical shopping.
