According to the results of a 2021 survey, some 60 percent of the luxury shoppers in the United States stated that they intended to purchase women's handbags as a second hand luxury item in the next two years. Of these, 36 percent said it was 'extremely likely' for them to make this purchase. About half of the surveyed consumers said they intended to buy second hand luxury jewelry items in the next two years.
