Share of food imports in merchandise imports in Mozambique 2010-2020
In 2020, Mozambique's food imports corresponded to nearly 20 percent of the country's total merchandise imports. This represented the highest share in the period observed, during which the share of food imports generally increased. In 2010, food items represented 11.6 percent of Mozambique's merchandise trade.
