According to a survey among senior commercial real estate executives in finance, operations, talent, and technology conducted between July and August 2021, climate-related financing was the most important sustainability action in the Asia-Pacific region (APAC). Approximately 73 percent of the respondents were likely to take this action in order to minimize their environmental impact in the next 12 to 18 months. Tracking and publicly disclose carbon reduction targets from renewable sources, on the other hand, was the least popular action, with about 59 percent of respondents planning to adopt it.
