Age structure of the Parisian population 2008-2020
In Paris, most of the population is aged between 15 and 44 years old, which has not changed since 2009. On the other hand, there has been a decrease in the number of working people, and in the population under 60 years old in general, over the last decade. In contrast, there are more and more people over 75 years old in Paris, and between 2009 and 2020, the number of Parisians between 60 and 74 years old increased from 272,846 to 308,031.
