According to a report published by UNESCO in February 2022, roughly 80 percent of countries worldwide adopted public measures to support the digital transformation of cultural and creative industries, such as providing funding for the digitization of institutions. Meanwhile, around 71 percent of global countries implemented strategies on digital skills.

Skills: training, spaces for experimentation, incubation.
Access: public support to digital content pluralism; cultural or artistic portals in specific languages; online distribution platforms for domestic content.
Diversity: fair remuneration rules; control market concentration; prevention monopolies of digital content providers/distributors.
