The number of people using internet banking in Czechia grew every year in nearly all age groups during the period under review, except for the 25 to 34-year-olds, who recorded a slight decline in internet banking usage in 2023 compared to the year prior. In 2023, almost 95 percent of Czechs aged 25 to 44 used internet banking.

Survey for the year 2023 was carried out on 5,959 individual persons aged 16+ and 3,965 reached households, the data was subsequently converted through post-stratification with respect to the whole population aged 16 or older which amounted to 8,8 million people and 4,5 million households. CAPI and CATI survey types were used.
