The leverage ratios of the five largest Canadian banks were more or less at the same level in 2023. Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD Bank) reported a leverage ratio of 4.4 percent, which was followed by RBC's 4.3 percent. Scotiabank, CIBC, and BMO all reported a ratio of 4.2 percent.
